Job Description

As part of our project management team representing our client, you will be involved in managing and delivering the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. This role serves as the key interface between consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, safely, within budget and of the highest quality standard.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team, consultants and contractors to ensure code and regulatory compliance, quality, reliability, resiliency, efficiency, and maintainability of the system. The candidate shall work with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, managing, coordinating, and interfacing for construction implementation to ensure construction is carried out safely, within budget and schedule, to meet the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Good degree in Mechanical Engineering with around 3 to 6 years of relevant working experience in the planning and project management of mechanical systems for building services. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Proven track record in delivering building services construction packages.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent coordination, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple building services packages simultaneously with attention to detail and proactive problem solving.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, assertive and analytical.
• Able to work independently to deliver results and have good project management skills.
• Good team player and able to handle fast-paced projects.

This position is a 3-year contract with strong potential for contract renewal as the Terminal 5 project has a projected lifespan of 10 years or more.
