Title: Project Management Director
You will be part of International Projects team within Changi Airports International (CAI) or its subsidiaries. You will work with our team of consultants and value partners to provide professional and consultancy services to client airports in the following functional areas:
• Airport Design and Construction Project Management
• Airport Development and Management Specialist
This will be a project management director role resident in Bhutan.
You will lead and drive the development and construction of a new Gelephu International Airport in southern Bhutan, as part of the Gelephu Mindfulness City development.
You will manage downstream consultants to ensure optimal design for the new airport, and lead a project management team to ensure that airport construction is within budget and on time.
By the nature of our business, you will receive significant international exposure working with a diverse set of projects, partners, public and private stakeholders and clients. You can expect to be cross-trained to take on other areas of airport operations and management, including Traffic Development, Commercial, Airport Operations-related projects as part of your career growth. You will be developed as a well-rounded airport professional over time.

Requirements:
• Good degree in any discipline with at least 15 years of related work experience.
• Resident experience in South Asia, and experience working with Changi Airport Group will be an advantage.
• Able to take strong leadership and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, navigating and steering the team through complex situations to make progress and achieve desired outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to engage and rally stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and adjacent plugins, specifically advanced Excel, PowerPoint and think-cell.
• This appointment involves an expatriate posting in Bhutan for at least two years.
