Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd manages Changi Airport in functions covering airport operations & management, air hub development, commercial & leasing, and airport emergency service. The Airside Operations division under Airport Management plays a critical role in managing the capacity and efficiency of our airfield, allowing safe and timely movement of aircraft, baggage, cargo and passengers.
As an Airside Duty Officer, you will be part of our multi-skilled airside professional team on shift, trained to manage the 24/7 real-time airside operations. You are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations from runway and taxiway to apron and parking stands. This involves high-precision control, close multi-agency coordination and proactive management to ensure efficient, effective and safe airside operations.
In this fast-paced environment, you’ll need to be able to multi-task and make swift decisions under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with both internal and external partners are essential in driving seamless coordination across various stakeholders.
