Title:  Senior Manager/ Manager, Changi East T5 Planning & Design Management

Changi Airport Group is part of the inter-agency team developing Changi East, which encompasses the future Terminal 5 - set to be one of the largest airport terminals in the world. Changi Airport Group welcomes you to join the team helping to shape Singapore's aviation future.

As part of the team, you are expected to help drive the development strategy for Airport City and to shape the positioning and programme mix for this area next to the future Terminal 5. Your role will necessitate you to engage stakeholders, which will include developers, industry partners and government agencies to explore partnership pathways and cross-agency concept studies. This multifaceted role will also require you to coordinate across internal teams, external agencies and consultants to plan concepts into coordinated, buildable design solutions and to support construction readiness for the main Terminal 5. You will also identify and drive initiatives that will future-proof the terminal, including new operational concepts, technologies and service models which will be part of the next generation of airport infrastructure.

Requirements:   

• A good degree in systems engineering, urban planning or related discipline
• At least 10 years of related work experience
• Resourceful, creative thinker with good research and strong analytical skills
• Enjoy projects that require forward and outward-looking perspectives with frequent stakeholder engagements to influence outcomes
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively in a team to deliver desired goals
• Excellent communication skills, both written and presentation
• This is a contract position
