Title: Senior Manager, Team Lead (B2B Applications)
We are looking for an innovative and results-driven leader with strong technical foundation to drive digital service transformation and uphold operational excellence across enterprise IT systems. Beyond strategic leadership, this role requires deep hands‑on familiarity with software engineering practices—such as agile and waterfall delivery models—and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.
The successful candidate will lead strategic planning, requirements gathering, technical evaluations, architecture reviews, project delivery, and ongoing support for enterprise IT solutions, including portals, web and mobile applications, identity and access management, and integration platforms. This includes providing informed technical direction, ensuring engineering quality, and enabling teams to adopt modern development methodologies

In addition, the candidate will manage vendor partnerships, ensuring alignment with shared objectives and driving excellence through clear targets structured processes, and disciplined execution.
In terms of roles & responsibilities, she/he will
- Define and Execute Strategy: Develop the master plan and roadmap for B2B digital enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Lead the deployment of digital platforms and services that enhance operational efficiency and deliver superior user experiences.
- Drive Business Case Development: Partner with internal and external airport stakeholders to identify needs, build robust business cases, and justify investments based on ROI, service-level commitments, and customer experience improvements.
- Lead Solution Delivery and Operations: Collaborate with internal technical teams and external vendors to design, implement, and sustain enterprise IT solutions. Ensure system availability, performance, and operational excellence across all deployed platforms.
- Governance and Change Management: Oversee change management processes, ensuring solutions meet technical, functional, security, and performance requirements. Maintain compliance with organisational standards and regulatory obligations.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely support, maintenance, and adherence to SLAs. Drive accountability and alignment with shared objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Champion Best Practices and Methodologies: Promote industry best practices in IT service management and agile delivery.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to shape future strategies. Advocate for modern architectures, automation, and scalable solutions that support evolving business needs.
Pre-requisites
- Education: Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience: At least 8 years’ experience leading large‑scale, business‑critical IT environments across multiple enterprise stakeholders, covering solution delivery, integration, and operational support for complex B2B platforms, with proven application of AI/ML to enhance capabilities, automate processes, strengthen security, and improve user experiences.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in architecting and implementing enterprise-grade solutions (SOA, microservices, API gateways, mobile frameworks). Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, identity and access management, and compliance standards. Hands-on experience with modern development practices—CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, automated deployments, and cloud-native architectures.
- Skills: Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects. Skilled in translating AI concepts into practical, value‑driven solutions and guiding teams in integrating AI capabilities into existing platforms, supported by excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Certifications: Certifications such as PMP, ITSM, CITPM, CSPO, or CSM are highly valued to ensure structured governance and iterative development.
