This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the growth of Changi Airport Group and the development of Singapore Changi Airport.  

You will be part of the team in Strategic Workforce Planning within the People Team (PT). This team works across different lines of business and teams in PT to architect, consult and execute forward-looking workforce strategies to support CAG’s organizational needs, optimize talent deployment and drive business performance.  

What the role will do:  

  • Develop and execute short, medium to long-term workforce strategies aligned to CAG’s business priorities and transformation agenda. This could include the re-design of business operating models, job and process re-design for different workforce in CAG.  

  • Partner with the business leaders in the development and execution of key workforce projects related to CAG’s workforce transformation agenda, particularly in the space of Technology and AI shifts. Design new roles and capabilities required for growth areas.  

  • Evaluate internal workforce skills and capabilities to identify future capabilities and critical roles essential for business continuity and innovation as CAG moves towards Terminal 5 Development.   

  • Design and implement workforce planning methodologies and scenario modelling tools to identify opportunities and gaps across functions and job families. 

  • Partner with the PT teams to develop CAG workforce analytics dashboards and reporting capabilities. Through that, provide data-driven consultation to business and PT leaders on workforce shifts, risks, and opportunities. 

  • Collaborate with PT Business Partners and Centres of Excellence(s) to align and drive workforce plans with broader business and people strategies. 

 

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields  

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR strategy, workforce development or planning.  

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at the senior management levels.  

  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive large-scale change initiatives.
