You will be part of the marketing team in iShopChangi, the tax and duty-free online platform of Changi Airport, responsible in leading partnership programmes and special innovations to cover growth strategy in areas of customer acquisition and new businesses, across two segments – travel retail and domestic business. 
 
Job Description

  • Expand on an existing framework of partnership programmes for iShopChangi that is not limited to finance and lifestyle partners to deliver exponential new customer acquisition growth for both its segments : travel retail and domestic business. This would include having to source, negotiate and clinch partnerships and operationalizing the activities within said programme. 
  • Support and implement projects aimed at bringing new sales growth to iShopChangi. The projects will require proactive sourcing and negotiations with and not limited to airline partners, hotel chains and consumer brand groups to secure collaboration. 
  • Collaborate and build internal, cross-functional teams across Marketing, Tech and Business Development to design and deploy relevant and meaningful products and programmes 
  • Able to constantly track and evaluate both partnership and loyalty programmes’ performances and investigates opportunities in order to recommend and optimize promotions and strategies that drive key performance metrics (e.g., ROI, new customers acquisitions, repeat purchase)
  • Manage the respective programmes’ P&L ensuring that all targets are achieved and all planned activities are completed within budget. Maximize revenue opportunities by sourcing funds from partners and co-branded marketing activities.

 
Requirements

  • Minimally 4 years of partnerships, loyalty/reward programmes and/or business development experience 
  • Experience in developing partnership programmes with a proven track record of securing exponential, new customer growth
  • Excellent analytical capabilities, and negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to broadly influence and effectively forge partnerships both internally and externally 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative with projects and anticipate issues of concern
  • Positive attitude and able to work independently, but also collaborate as an effective team member in shared knowledge and best practices
  • Experience in digital campaign management and a background in e-Commerce will be an advantage
