Title: Senior Associate - Business & Data Analyst (People Team)

As a Business & Data Analyst (People Team), you'll play a key role in improving HR analytics and driving data-informed decision-making across the entire employee lifecycle. You will be part of an innovative team and get to work on new technologies like AI Agents to shape the future of HR Systems and Analytics at CAG.
What You’ll Do
- Uncover Insights from People Data
- Partner People Team colleagues and business leaders to define key metrics that align with strategic HR objectives, and to develop and maintain people metrics, dashboards, and reports to track performance towards these objectives. Also provide data analysis & visualization that surface meaningful insights
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends in talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, and performance management
- Enable self-service reporting for employees and HR leaders
- Identify key HR trends and ensure high-quality data through continuous feedback loops
- Build and Optimize Data Pipelines
- Work with HR data from multiple sources, including HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, Workforce Optimizer, ServiceNow), Enterprise Systems, SharePoint Lists, SQL Databases, and standalone Excel/CSV files
- Ensure that our HR data is well-structured, reliable, and accessible for analysis and reporting
- Manage HR System Integrations & Data Quality
- Act as a subject matter expert and project manager for HR system integrations, ensuring high data quality and best practices in data governance
- Stay Ahead with Emerging Technologies
- Keep up with the latest trends in people analytics, automation, and AI
- Recommend new tools and technologies to improve our analytics capabilities
- Ensure Compliance & Data Privacy
- Make sure our HR data practices comply with PDPA and other data protection regulations
- Explore Future Tech for the People Team
- Work on innovation projects involving AI, large language models, and cloud-based analytics platforms
Is This You?
You love working with data and uncovering insights. Analyzing numbers, spotting trends, and turning raw data into meaningful recommendations energize you.
You are comfortable with tools like Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI. You do not need to be an expert in all of them, but to have significant hands-on experience.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. You take pride in accuracy and is meticulous in your work.
You enjoy solving problems and learning. Figuring out solutions to data and stakeholder challenges is fun and satisfying for you.
You can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You stay on top of what you need to do, and have demonstrated the discipline to document your technical work.
You have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Effectively communicating technical jargon to the everyday layman is up your alley. You prioritise building trust with your stakeholders and customers.
You have an interest in HR and how data can transform the employee experience. You have some understanding of HR processes & best practices, and how they contribute to business success.

- A Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- A strong desire to contribute to Changi Airport’s digital transformation efforts and the Changi Airport Brand
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as PDPA and best practices in handling sensitive employee data
You might have an edge if you also have:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Front-End & Back-End) or UiPath Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Familiarity with Web API operations, SFTP file interfaces, and Encryption standards
- Proven track record in people analytics and HR data analysis
- Experience with HCM systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand, or equivalents), Employee Systems (ServiceNow, ChatBots)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in statistical analysis & predictive modeling
- Experience with data science models and large language models
- Web development experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure/Fabric
