Title: Senior Associate / Assistant Manager (Community Engagement, Partnerships & Culture Development)

As the custodian of a diverse airport community comprising over 200 airport partners and 50,000 staff, QSM develops initiatives that foster engagement, strengthen culture, celebrate service excellence and build a strong sense of belonging across the airport ecosystem.
We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about people, community and culture building. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio spanning community engagement, stakeholder partnerships, recognition programmes, communications, learning initiatives and airport-wide campaigns that bring the ONE Changi spirit to life.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies, frameworks and initiatives that build and sustain a highly engaged airport community, including community leaders.
- Review, enhance and administer recognition, appreciation and awards programmes to ensure they remain relevant, inclusive and impactful in recognising the diverse contributions.
- Analyse engagement trends, participation data and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Organise and execute awards, appreciation and engagement events, campaigns and community initiatives.
- Develop compelling stories and communications that celebrate achievements, reinforce desirable behaviours and strengthen the One Changi community.
- Support learning and development efforts by planning, executing customised learning programmes that build service excellence, community leadership and future-ready capabilities among airport staff
- Work with operational line units and airport stakeholders to ensure airport-wide initiatives, projects and organisational priorities are effectively communicated and successfully embedded within the airport community.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in engagement, recognition and employee experience to support continuous improvement within the team.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous: quality service management, communications, community engagement, stakeholder management, partnerships, or culture building.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.
- Analytical, proactive and able to translate insights into action.
- Excellent English writing, presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic and positive disposition, with a genuine passion for building communities, fostering partnerships and creating positive experiences for people.
