As the custodian of a diverse airport community comprising over 200 airport partners and 50,000 airport staff, QSM develops initiatives that foster engagement, strengthen culture, celebrate service excellence and build a strong sense of belonging across the airport ecosystem. As part of the team, you will work at the intersection of communications, stakeholder engagement and community-building. You will collaborate with operational stakeholders across the airport ecosystem to drive awareness, participation and alignment for airport-wide initiatives, while strengthening connections within the ONE Changi community.
The role offers opportunities to contribute across a diverse range of workstreams, including internal communications, community engagement, staff recognition programmes, learning and development initiatives, and service excellence projects.
Core Responsibilities
Communications & Content Management
- Work with operational line units to ensure airport-wide initiatives and projects are effectively communicated to the airport community.
- For the purpose of community engagement, awareness and education, you will:
- Plan, write and curate content across internal communication channels.
- Work closely with the team's video content producer to develop storyboards, scripts and video content that support engagement and education efforts.
- Ensure messaging is clear, relevant and consistent across platforms and aligned with organisational objectives.
- Manage the content calendar for the ONE Changi App and all other admin related matters for the app.
- Support the enhancement and ongoing development of the ONE Changi App, including vendor coordination and administrative support where required.
Community Building & Engagement
- Plan and deliver programmes that foster a strong sense of belonging, appreciation and connection across the airport workforce.
- Organise staff engagement, recognition and appreciation initiatives, including awards ceremonies that celebrate contributions and service excellence.
- Partner airport stakeholders to drive participation in engagement initiatives and strengthen the ONE Changi culture.
Job Requirements
- Degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in communications, employee engagement, community management, service excellence, stakeholder engagement or related fields will be an advantage.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and building partnerships across different functions and organisations.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Energetic and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in video production, filming and Adobe Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
