Title: Senior Associate/ Assistant Manager, Concession Operations
We are looking for motivated individuals to help enhance the operational efficiency of Changi Airport's Commercial business. You will play an important role in managing tenant relationship and operations management, service performance analysis as well as execution of operational improvement initiatives spanning across the transit areas of our terminals to make Changi Airport a shopping haven. The successful candidate will also play a key role in ideation and implementation of experiential and technology innovations in Changi Airport businesses.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee a portfolio of tenants within Changi Airport, including Electronics & Lifestyle stores, Money Changers and Convenience Stores.
- Manage day-to-day operations, feedback management, pricing comparison, and other tenancy-related matters.
- Manage tenants’ renovations including coordination of procedures and fit-out of the premises leased to tenants, arranging for handing/taking over of premises, coordinating all tenancy fit-out and reinstatement activities with tenants and tenants’ consultants/contractors.
- Collaborate with iShopChangi team to manage the online business of tenants under your charge.
- Establish good tenant relationships and cultivate strong network with partners.
Job Requirements
- Good Degree in Business/Finance/Tourism Studies/Retail Management/Estate Management or related disciplines.
- Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in related industries such as retail operations management and mall management are preferred.
- A good team player with strong initiative and positive working attitude, creative and resourceful with a strong eye for details and able to work in a team and multi-task in a challenging environment.
- Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to foster excellent relationships with team members, tenants, and service providers.
- A keen learner, with an eagerness to keep up-to-date with trends and implement best practices
