Title:  Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Airside Operations Planning

Join the Airside Operations Planning team and play a key role in shaping the safety of Changi Airport's runways and taxiways. You'll work on initiatives that enhance airside safety, operational efficiency and capacity, while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the aviation ecosystem.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and review policies, operating concepts and procedures to support safe and efficient airfield operations.
• Drive initiatives focused on runway safety, foreign object debris (FOD) management and wildlife hazard management.
• Partner airlines, air traffic controllers, ground handling agents, licensed drivers and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of airside safety.
• Review runway safety recommendations and lead the implementation of suitable measures at Changi Airport.
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure compliance with airfield operational and safety requirements. 
• Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to improve airfield capacity, efficiency and resilience.
• Support major airfield development projects by providing operational insights and planning inputs.
• Explore, trial and implement new technologies to enhance the detection and prevention of runway incursions, FOD and wildlife hazards, helping to shape the future of airport operations.
