The Airside Concessions Planning & Leasing team is responsible for enhancing the competitiveness of Changi Airport’s retail, F&B and services businesses, and strengthening Changi Airport’s position as a leading travel retail destination acclaimed for innovation and exceptional customer experience. The team drives the planning and optimisation of the concession mix across our Transit Malls, markets concession spaces, manages leasing activities, and supports terminal development and enhancement projects.


We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join the team. The candidate’s primary responsibility will be Revenue Planning & Performance, providing management with an outlook on concession revenues and insights into business trends and drivers. The candidate may also take on planning and leasing responsibilities for selected concession categories, offering a unique opportunity to develop both analytical and hands-on commercial experience across Changi’s airside concessions business.


You will report to a Senior Manager and contribute to strategic revenue management through financial planning and analysis.


Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Planning & Performance (Primary Portfolio)

  • Support the concession revenue budgeting and forecasting, working closely with leasing teams and relevant stakeholders to develop robust revenue projections and assess the impact of key business developments.
  • Monitor revenue performance and outlook, analyse key variances and business drivers, and develop financial models and scenarios to support planning and management decision-making.
  • Prepare management reports, translating financial and business analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
  • Support improvements to forecasting methodologies, analytical tools and processes to strengthen the quality and efficiency of revenue planning.

2. Planning & Leasing (Secondary Portfolio)

  • Manage planning and leasing activities for selected concession categories, including developing leasing plans, marketing concession spaces and engaging existing tenants and prospective business partners.
  • Execute leasing exercises, including evaluating commercial proposals, conducting financial assessments, supporting lease negotiations and preparing recommendations for Management approval.
  • Support selected commercial and cross-functional projects, including business analysis, space optimisation and asset enhancement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Good degree, preferably in Accountancy, Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and numerical capabilities, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling. Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, SQL and Python would be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, commercial planning and/or leasing would be advantageous.
  • Ability to understand business drivers, analyse complex information and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Keen eye for detail, driven, resourceful and analytical
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Driven, resourceful and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Interest in retail, F&B, services and the broader travel retail business.
