Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with a passion for the aviation industry and a strong interest in driving value creation through partnerships. This role will support our enterprise growth strategy by planning and executing acquisition programmes that maximise value capture for internal businesses within Changi’s digital ecosystem.

A key focus will be strengthening our ecosystem strategy across digital channels such as the Changi App — managing visibility, driving adoption and engagement to ensure it remains a top-of-mind lifestyle and travel companion for all visitors to Changi Airport. The scope of work also includes supporting the growth of enterprise digital advertising sales, operationalising partnership collaborations, and gaining exposure to enterprise orchestration and strategic governance by supporting cross-divisional digital initiatives, including the planning and management of internal forums and communications to enhance strategic alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance value capture and digital sales referral through gamification and other initiatives, focusing on experience design, performance tracking, user behaviour analysis, and continuous optimisation to maximise participation and satisfaction.
  • Bring partnership initiatives to life through seamless activations, campaign rollouts, and reporting, ensuring every collaboration advance Changi’s digital ecosystem growth strategies.
  • Drive top-of-mind recall and visibility of Changi's Digital Ecosystem through sustained publicity, content updates, and outreach initiatives.
  • Provide seamless content and operational support across enterprise marketing campaigns and product initiatives, ensuring all updates remain fresh, accurate, and impactful.
  • Contribute to monetisation efforts by supporting digital advertising sales, including campaign execution, asset readiness, and performance tracking.
  • Support steering/coordination efforts for our Digital Ecosystem to align & communicate our strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of digital engagement, gamification, and cross-channel marketing.
  • Experience in content management, campaign execution, and digital channel optimisation.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign and user data.
  • Creative flair with keen acumen on customer-centricity.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Figma (or any other design/video editing software) would be a bonus.
