Title: Senior Associate, UXUI Designer

As a Senior Associate UXUI Designer in the Enterprise UXUI team, you’ll design products that enhance the experience for travellers, shoppers, and the airport community. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers, you’ll help shape how millions of people interact with Changi.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to craft user-friendly, functional, and visually compelling digital experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to uncover insights that shape better products.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts, iterating based on feedback and real-world testing.
- Present your designs to stakeholders, gather feedback, and refine solutions to align with user needs and business goals.
- Contribute to Changi’s design system, ensuring consistency across digital products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design discipline (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Media), computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI preferred. Graduates with relevant experience and portfolios are welcome.
- Knowledge of user interface heuristics and design for consumer facing applications, including websites and mobile apps.
- Knowledge of various user research methods, with an understanding of when and how to apply different techniques.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with other design tools and UX research platforms.
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
