Title: Senior Associate, Social Media Specialist (Video & Photography)

We’re looking for a social media specialist who is strong in video production and photography to help shape how Changi is experienced on social. If you enjoy creating visually driven content that ranges from fast, on-trend social videos to cinematic storytelling, and you want your work to be seen by both local and international audiences, this role is for you.
This role sits within Changi Airport Group’s social media team and offers the opportunity to work across varied subject matter: humans and behind-the-scenes stories, travel and aviation, retail and dining, events, and lifestyle experiences across the airport ecosystem.
As a social media specialist, you will be responsible for creating and developing visual-first content for Changi’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram. You will also support content creation for selected regional markets, including adapting visuals or formats for different audiences.
Your key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end video production: from ideation and storyboarding to filming and editing, tailored for different platforms and formats.
- Photography shoots to support marketing campaigns, social content, and in-airport events.
- Visual storytelling that brings out the human side of Changi, from frontline staff and partners to travellers and creators.
- Platform-native content creation, adapting ideas to suit short-form, long-form, episodic or campaign-based formats.
- Telegram channel content development and management, where you will experiment with formats, chart growth and optimise content performance against engagement and business objectives.
- YouTube channel management and content development, including thinking about SEO and episodic concepts that encourage repeat viewing.
- Market-specific content opportunities, where applicable, to create or adapt visuals for audiences in selected regional markets.
You’ll work closely with the social media team, internal stakeholders and partners to bring ideas to life while ensuring content stays authentic to the Changi brand.
This role is best suited for a visual creator with video as a core strength and photography as a complementary skillset. You are likely a good fit if you are:

What You’ll Need
- Open to candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in video and/or content production.
- Candidates with no prior working experience are also welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated experience in video production and photography (portfolio or showreel required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong communication, critical thinking and time management skills.
- A good eye for design, composition and visual consistency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
