Title:  Senior Associate, Safety Management

Changi Airport Group is part of the inter-agency team developing Changi East, which encompasses Changi Airport’s future Terminal 5. We welcome you to join us today as part of the team shaping Singapore's aviation future.

As part of the Changi East Safety function, you will join a team responsible for ensuring that construction works and related activities are carried out safely and in compliance with aerodrome safety, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), and site operational requirements. In this role, you will support the development and enhancement of safety management systems for Terminal 5 (T5) development works, manage projects, and explore the adoption of technology to strengthen safety and operational effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders to maintain safety procedures, organise safety training programmes, and conduct safety evaluations for construction tenders. You will also serve as the secretariat for stakeholder meetings to drive the achievement of key milestones, including preparing meeting agendas, monitoring and reporting performance indicators, compiling safety data for trend analysis, and reviewing risk assessments.

Requirements:

1. Degree in any discipline, with 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in large corporations or government agencies, preferably in Safety Management or a related field.
2. Possess strong drive and initiative, be meticulous, and be able to multitask effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
3. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
