Title:  Senior Associate, Pavement

As part of Changi Airport Group’s Engineering team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and performance of aircraft pavements and airport roadways. This role offers practical exposure to airfield maintenance operations and is critical to ensuring the continuous functionality, safety, and operational reliability of civil airside infrastructure. The ideal candidate shall be responsible for the safe, timely and quality completion of the works in an operational environment with minimal disruption to operations, and to constantly engage our stakeholders prior and during the works implementation.

Job Description

• Assist in the maintenance of airfield pavements, including runways, taxiways, parking stands, and airport roadways.
• Support day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure all assigned assets are safe, serviceable, and operationally ready.
• Performing routine inspections and condition assessments of pavements and related infrastructure.
• Carry out planning and coordinating maintenance works.
• Preparation of cost estimates, work plans, and maintenance records.
• Monitor works carried out by contractors or maintenance teams under supervision.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety procedures, operational requirements, and applicable standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of civil engineering and pavement maintenance principles.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in maintenance and asset management.
• Work is based in an operational airport environment, hence occasional night works may be required to support maintenance activities with minimal operational disruption.
• A valid Class 3 driving license
