Title: Senior Associate, Engineering & Maintenance, Seletar Airport
We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong interest in the aviation industry to join the Engineering & Maintenance team at Seletar Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight, maintenance, and operational readiness of critical engineering systems, ensuring the safety, reliability, and continuity of airport operations. You will also support and drive projects that advance Seletar Airport’s sustainability and environmental objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the airside environment, with hands‑on exposure to critical airport infrastructure and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Systems Ownership
- Oversee the performance, maintenance, and reliability of low‑tension and high‑tension electrical systems, including extra‑low voltage systems and airfield lighting.
- Ensure systems comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and operational needs.
Sustainability & Certification
- Identify, evaluate, and implement sustainability initiatives, including solar PV systems and smart building solutions.
- Lead and support Green Mark certification efforts and embed GreenGov requirements.
- Drive energy‑ and water‑efficiency initiatives across airport facilities.
Process Improvement & Digitalisation
- Improve operational efficiency through the use of digital tools, data analytics, and modern maintenance practices.
- Support continuous improvement of engineering workflows, reporting, and asset management practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and sustainability or green‑building frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Experience or strong interest in sustainable infrastructure, airfield projects, or solar PV systems.
- Possession of a Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and willingness to perform fieldwork, including night works when required.
