You should know how to use AI to supplement your work, but you really deliver your best without it. Of course, familiarity with ongoing trends in the digital and social media space is a must and if you’re a travel enthusiast, that’ll be even better!

We are looking for individuals who express themselves well, both verbally and in writing, keep abreast of developments in the world and can spot a news trend when it happens. Experience with posting on social media will be essential.

 

About the role

As you embark on this role, you will contribute as well as learn, with the opportunity to:

  • Manage one of Changi Airport’s social media channels to build awareness and engage travellers and fans.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to ideate and develop social media content and campaigns to drive fan engagement and business results.
  • Jointly manage and oversee the ideation and production of articles for Changi’s travel blog, Now Boarding.
  • Pitch and manage content partnerships on Now Boarding.
  • Track, measure and manage the performance of our online sites and social channels.
  • Drive content optimisation and support website restructuring efforts to strengthen discoverability and citation across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven platforms.

Qualifications 

  • Degree in marketing/ communications or a relevant field, preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience.
  • Work experience (including internships) preferably in related areas such as social media, content marketing and SEO/AIO.
  • Deep understanding of the digital space and social media platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset, self-driven, creative and results-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
  • Demonstration of organisational and interpersonal skills.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to prepare sample social media content and take a writing test.
