Title:  Senior Associate, Airside Workplace & Engagement

The Airside Workplace & Engagement team is dedicated to creating an airside workplace where people feel valued, supported and proud to work. As part of the team, you will help shape the future of Changi Airport's airside community by driving initiatives that enhance workers' well-being, strengthen workplace culture, and support workforce transformation.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, airport partners and unions, you will develop and implement initiatives that improve the airside work environment, foster a positive workplace culture, and support workforce development across the airport community. Through these efforts, you will help make the airside workplace an attractive and rewarding place to work for the thousands of people who keep the airport operating safely and efficiently every day.

Requirements:

• A degree holder with preferably 3 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and partnership-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Proven track record in planning, developing, and implementing initiatives, programmes, or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and priorities concurrently.
• Resourceful and proactive, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
