We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the renewal and implementation of Commercial Systems. The role is responsible for ensuring that projects progress according to timeline, requirements are comprehensively captured, and the appointed vendors deliver solutions that meet business needs.
 
You will work across the business and technology teams to maximise business value, and improving processes for all stakeholders involved. The ideal candidate should be detailed, have strong organisation skill and have a strong interest in creating seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Governance

  • Lead end-to-end project management for assigned projects, from planning to implementation and post-launch support.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate project governance, including status reporting, steering committee updates, and escalation management.

Implementation Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the awarded vendors.
  • Manage communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including requirements gathering, documentation, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring scenarios, test scripts, and results are properly documented.
  • Ensure solutions delivered meet business needs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Support change management activities including user training, SOP updates, and communication plans.
  • Coordinate go-live readiness, rollout planning, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in retail, operations, or technology implementation.
  • Proven experience with vendor and stakeholder management, and system implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sales System, Leasing Management System, Enterprise Resource Planning System or similar enterprise systems is highly advantageous.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) an added advantage.
