Title:  Manager / Senior Manager, Design Management

As part of Changi Airport Group’s (CAG) design management team, you will support our different line divisions on design-related projects across our existing terminals (T1, T2, T3, T4 and Seletar Airport).

Depending on the nature and stage of each project, your roles may include, but are not limited to:

• Feasibility studies such as space planning, ideation and design visioning, preparation of mood board
• Preparing design briefs for tender documentation
• Providing design/ design management advice including ideas, solutions and quick design studies
• Supporting our internal stakeholders to ensure that all functional and operational requirements are met while safeguarding the project’s design integrity
• Collaborating with our external consultants and contractors by reviewing design details, shopdrawings, mock-ups, site works, etc

Requirements

• A recognised Degree in Architecture
• 5 to 10 years of design and site experience
• A good understanding of design, detailing, materials, regulations and project implementation process
• Highly creative and innovative; yet able to balance functionality, quality and business considerations
• Self motivated and hands on; constantly up-to-date with industry trends and design thrusts
• Collaborative - adaptable and receptive to alternative ideas from other parties
• Strong communication skills in written, oral and visual aspects
• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently with good time management skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Revit and other design software
