Title: Manager, Finance Business Partner
As part of the Finance Business Partner team in the Finance Division, you will be instrumental in establishing finance business partnerships with both new and fast-growing businesses and core divisions within the Changi Airport Group. We partner with our businesses and divisions by delivering financial insights, designing their end-to-end new finance processes and controls, understanding business trends and supporting stakeholders in their business decision making. Your role and responsibilities include:
- Understand the businesses’ key strategies and provide relevant financial insights that value-add to business performance.
- Design and prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports with impactful data visualisation, linking financial reports to business drivers and strategies.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to business teams and leaders, resolving strategic and operational challenges.
- Partner with businesses in their budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial reasonableness.
- Design and map out end-to-end finance processes for new business initiatives, ensuring controls are in place for identified risks.
- Serve as a conduit for reviewing existing policies and processes between stakeholders and finance teams, contributing to ad-hoc projects to drive improvement and efficiency.
- Provide inputs in structuring the financial aspects of the business model and formulating the business case with business teams.
- Initiate and support change initiatives or project/process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of forecasting, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of financial performance.
Your profile
- Excellent interpersonal skills and track record of strong stakeholder engagement at different levels e.g. VPs, middle management, working level etc.
- Strong commercial awareness, strong critical thinking skills, high attention to detail and positive hands-on attitude.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Finance Business Partnering or FP&A is highly preferred.
- Data analytics experience is strongly desirable.
- Exceptional Microsoft skills (particularly in PowerPoint and Excel – Power Query, Power Pivot).
- Independent, resourceful and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
