As a key member of the Finance Business Partner team in the Finance Division, you will establish finance business partnerships with both new and fast-growing businesses and core divisions within the Changi Airport Group.  We partner with our businesses and divisions by delivering strategic financial insights, designing robust finance processes and controls, interpreting business trends and supporting stakeholders in data-driven business decision making.  If you are looking for hands-on experience and the opportunity to make a direct impact, this is the place for you! 

 

 

Your role and responsibilities include:

  • Act as the primary financial advisor to business leaders and teams, offering financial insights that drive strategic decision making, identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating financial risks.
  • Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc performance reports with impactful data visualization that link financial outcomes to business drivers.
  • Partner with businesses to develop budgets, forecast and cashflow projections, ensuring financial reasonableness and alignment with business goals.
  • Support the structuring of business models and development of comprehensive business cases for new initiatives.
  • Review contracts and RFP to embed sound financial provisions and commercially viable terms.
  • Design and map out end-to-end finance processes for new business initiatives, embedding controls to manage identified risks.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing finance policies and processes, contributing to cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive and support change initiatives or project/process improvements to enhance forecasting, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.

 

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
  • Commercially savvy with sharp critical thinking, high attention to detail and a proactive hands-on approach.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Commercial Finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query, Power Pivot) and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in financial storytelling, data analysis and strong proficiency in writing and presentation.
  • Independent, adaptable, resourceful team player who excels in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
