Join the Changi East Finance team and play a key role in supporting one of Singapore's most significant infrastructure developments. You will work alongside project teams, Management, and external stakeholders to provide financial stewardship for large-scale projects that will shape the future of air travel and airport operations. This role offers broad exposure across project finance, budgeting, cashflow management, financial reporting and stakeholder engagement. Beyond traditional accounting responsibilities, you will partner business units to drive sound financial decisions and ensure strong governance for the project.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities for Changi East projects.
- Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support decision-making by senior management.
- Perform reconciliations of recoverable accounts, bank accounts, and accounts receivable.
- Review financial information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
- Support audit reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen financial processes.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide project accounting support across multiple workstreams
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, financial controls, and governance requirements.
- Participate in annual budgeting exercises as well as prepare cashflow forecasts for major infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and business divisions on procurement, budgeting, and financial matters.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial and operational issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial management skills
- Good computer knowledge, well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Power Platforms and any other digital tools as well as experience in using SAP would be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in budgeting, project accounting, financial analysis, or procurement-related functions will be an advantage
This position is on a 3 year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CAG with an option to renew, contingent on performance and organisational needs.
