Title:  Manager, Air Hub Strategy

We are looking for a self-driven individual with a passion for the aviation and travel industry to join the Air Hub Strategy team, a think-tank of the Air Hub & Cargo Development Cluster in Changi Airport Group.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Conduct strategic analyses to identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen Changi Airport’s air connectivity, connecting timebanks and grow passenger traffic volumes.
• Perform competitive benchmarking studies on airport connectivity.
• Spearhead data analytics projects and utilise predictive analytics to influence data-driven decision making.
• Develop dashboards to analyse traffic data and generate quality insights for management reporting.
• Promote thought leadership and strengthen capabilities in aviation research through the adoption of analytic tools.
• Liaise with various internal stakeholders and external industry partners to enhance Changi Airport’s competitiveness as a leading global air hub.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Engineering or other related quantitative disciplines.
• Strong numeracy, problem-solving and analytical skills with a sharp eye for details.
• Proficiency in data visualisation tools, programming languages and Microsoft Power Apps will be advantageous.
• Prior working experience in aviation, economics, consulting and/or data analytics will be useful.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, independent and resourceful team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

A 2-year contract will be offered in the first instance.
