An exciting opportunity awaits at Changi Digital Factory, driving the digital transformation ofChangi Airport Group. As part of an agile, cross-functional squad, you will contribute to thedesign and development of digital products and AI-enabled solutions that support airportoperations and commercial initiatives. Working alongside Product Owners, UX designers,engineers, and business stakeholders, you will deliver solutions that enhance businessoperations and the passenger experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain full stack web applications using modern technologies.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and codequality.
  • Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, user interfaces, and integrations with internal andexternal systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, business stakeholders, and engineers todeliver technical solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support cloud-native applications on AWS.
  • Build AI-enabled solutions integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents whereappropriate.
  • Evaluate AI outputs and improve solution accuracy and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
  • Participate in agile delivery and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Around 1–3 years of experience in full stack application development.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with React or Next.js.
  • Basic understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, and relational or NoSQLdatabases.
  • Exposure to AWS. Experience with services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS,S3, Cognito, SNS, SQS, Bedrock, or AgentCore is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK or Terraform) and CI/CD tools (Git, GitHubActions, or similar) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of generative AI concepts, including prompt design, LLM integration, AIagents, Retrieval Augmented Generation, tool use, and evaluation.
  • Awareness of software engineering practices for building reliable AI applications, such asgrounding, validation, guardrails, observability, and human-in-the-loop workflows, is anadvantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and work across both AI-related and conventionalsoftware development projects.
