Overview
At Changi Airport Group (CAG), we operate a leading global air hub supported by resilient and forward-thinking technology. We are hiring a Cloud Operations Specialist to manage CAG’s cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, cost efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administration, governance, contractors, budgets, and system onboarding/offboarding, serving as the main point of contact for cloud initiatives and coordinating between technical teams, management, and stakeholders
- Drive internal management approvals, facilitate steering committee discussions, and support procurement processes
- Manage cloud operations, vendors, and budgets to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency
- Lead infrastructure enhancement projects and coordinate efforts across both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with cloud security, CAG internal governance, and compliance frameworks
- Exhibit strong communication skills, effective stakeholder management, and sound decision-making abilities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in cloud infrastructure support, focusing on platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing cloud operations, vendors, and budgets, with a strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Relevant certifications, such as AWS Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, ITIL, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or project management certifications, are considered advantageous
