Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and Analyse: Conduct in-depth studies of airside space allocation and vehicle flows to identify opportunities for optimisation, congestion relief, and improved safety outcomes.
  • Design and Innovate: Develop strategic proposals to enhance airside layout and operations—balancing operational needs, space efficiency, and safety considerations such as clearances, vehicle routing, and hazard minimisation.
  • Lead Implementation: Drive the execution of approved optimisation and safety improvement plans, coordinating closely with ground handlers, airport partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective and safe rollouts.
  • Enhance Driving Safety: Take the lead in airside driving safety enhancement projects, including risk assessments, targeted initiatives to reduce unsafe driving behaviours, and engagement campaigns to foster a safety-first mindset.
  • Manage with Precision: Oversee the allocation and management of vehicle parking spaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards (e.g., visibility, obstruction risks, access routes) to support smooth airport operations while optimising space utilisation.

Requirements:

  • Good degree in any discipline, preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
  • Able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to relate to all levels and different stakeholders.
  • Good communication, written and presentation skills.
