Title: Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate IT Applications
We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Manager to lead the planning, development, delivery, and operations of Corporate IT solutions, with a focus on Human Resource (HR) systems and other corporate platforms.
In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver system enhancements, drive innovation and integration initiatives, and ensure reliable day-to-day operations. You will also play a key role to shape the HR systems transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain system roadmaps and implementation plans aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise platforms.
- Analyse business processes to identify gaps, integration challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to build strong business cases, factoring in system interoperability, ROI, and user impact.
- Partner internal technical teams and external vendors to design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions, with clear success metrics.
- Lead end-to-end project, change, and system integration management activities to ensure that solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Oversee system operations, maintenance, compliance, and lifecycle renewal, ensuring compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement for systems and processes to support business needs, ensuring alignment between systems, data, and workflows.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience in the related technical domains and industry (e.g. SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, Concur, Workforce Optimizer etc., SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform).
- Experience in managing system integrations across full project lifecycle
- Technical expertise in cloud-based integration architecture, tools, and best practices.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a dynamic environment.
