Description:
Are you ready to help shape and protect Changi’s corporate infrastructure for the future? We are seeking a creative, service-minded, and energetic professional to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, architect, and secure the infrastructure that supports Changi’s corporate operations and transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the on-premises corporate infrastructure, including both wired and wireless network equipment and security appliances. This infrastructure is essential for enabling employees’ secure access to cloud resources such as M365, AWS, and GCP, as well as ensuring a seamless digital experience and productivity.
- Ensure that robust cybersecurity measures are implemented and maintained for all CAG corporate offices, in strict accordance with IT policies and security standards.
- Assist with incident investigations and support system recovery efforts when issues arise.
- Manage projects and contractors, monitoring system performance and internet bandwidth. Recommend and implement improvements as necessary and provide technical support and guidance to other teams as required.
- Coordinate with multiple contractors to maintain the serviceability of LAN rooms. Take responsibility for managing break-fix maintenance contracts for network equipment and security appliances.
- Prepare tender specifications, obtain necessary approvals, and create reports and documentation for management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience in corporate infrastructure management.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are preferred.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, and Azure cloud services.
- Excellent skills in coordination and vendor management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
