Description:
The Baggage Transformation team drives key digitalisation initiatives and concept of operations that shape the future of Changi Airport’s baggage operations and passenger experience.
This role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining data-driven digital products and systems, working closely with airport stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable solutions. - Own the end-to-end development of digital systems, products, and data solutions, from problem definition, requirements gathering, and solution design to implementation and scaling
- Work with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into structured use cases and system requirements
- Design and prototype digital applications, including defining data flows, system logic, and user interactions
- Lead change management and implementation of solutions in baggage operations, driving alignment and co-create solutions with stakeholders
- Support programme planning, budgeting, and tracking, with a focus on prioritising high-impact digital and data initiatives
Requirements:
- Good degree in any discipline, preferably with 3-5 years of work experience. Proven track record in Ops tech roles would be advantageous
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with ability to break down ambiguous operational problems into structured components
- Demonstrated interest or experience in working with data (e.g. analysis, dashboards, modelling) or digital tools/systems
- Comfortable using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably exposure to data analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau)
- Interest in or familiarity with databases, APIs, or system design concepts is advantageous
- Self-driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
Experience in airport/ground handling operations or project/change management is a plus
