The Airport Operations Strategy & Transformation (AOST) team is the innovation pillar under Airport Management cluster to drive transformation for airport operations.

 

We are seeking self-driven members to join our team. As part of an entrepreneurial team within an ops division, you would be given the autonomy to envision, define and deliver impactful airport-wide projects, particularly in the area of autonomous vehicles and robotics.

 

The ideal candidate would be excited by the opportunity to formulate & review the strategy, as well as drive efforts, to scale up autonomous systems operation in airside and within the terminal buildings.  He/she would be expected to define programme roadmap(s), obtain management & stakeholders’ buy-in, steer technological developments, execute trials, devise business models and deploy solutions with internal operational teams and/or airport partners.

 

This role requires the candidate to possess business acumen, technological aptitude and problem-solving skills to drive the widespread implementation of autonomous vehicles & robotics in alignment with strategic goals.

Preferred Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably with at least 2 years of working experience.
  • Enthusiastic about transforming airport operations and demonstrate knowledge in deploying autonomous vehicles and/or robotics.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, able to articulate desired end goal, devise mid-term strategy, outline programme roadmap, gather stakeholders’ buy-in and get things done.
  • Excellent communications (written & oral) and people skills, with a proven ability in change management (such as obtaining stakeholders’ buy-in and delivering presentations to senior management).
  • Experience with the aviation sector or prior experience in autonomous vehicles would be advantageous.
